Orders are accepted for serviceable PIN codes within India only. The country selector remains India only during checkout.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday during business operating hours. Handling time is usually 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines depend on courier serviceability for the delivery PIN code and are shown during checkout when available.

Orders are shipped through Shiprocket-supported courier partners selected according to serviceability and shipping rate availability.

Shipping charges are calculated live during checkout after the customer enters a PIN code. The final payable total shows product price, quantity, discounts, taxes, shipping charge, COD handling charge where applicable, and final total before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible serviceable PIN codes. Any COD handling charge is shown in checkout before the order can be submitted.

Tracking details are shared after dispatch by email or order update. If tracking is pending, the invoice displays Pending until courier details are available.

Delivery can be delayed by courier capacity, public holidays, weather, address issues, or PIN code serviceability changes.

Orders placed after business operating hours are processed on the next business day.
