Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests received after 15 days may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, bottle, labels, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase / order confirmation must be provided.

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling.
• Promotional, clearance, or free items.

If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Photos of package and product
• Brief issue description

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time may take 7-15 business days depending on payment provider and bank timelines.

• If the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping may be covered by Rudranika.
• For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch and will follow the return process.

Please include your Full Name, Order Number, Contact Number, and Reason for Return when reaching out to us.

Rudranika reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests after inspection.
